Bureaucracy, handled.

Forward it to Alfred.It’s handled.

A letter from the tax office, a return due, a company to keep in order. Choose a vetted accountant, agree a monthly plan and forward the post. From then on you hear from Alfred rarely, and never for nothing.

How it works

Three steps. One of them is yours.

Say what you need. Choose who does it. Approve what needs approving. The work is the professional’s, and so are the deadlines: a monthly plan lists what gets done each month, quarter and year.

01

Say what’s needed

The quarterly VAT, the company’s books, a return you’ve been putting off. Say so in plain words, or go straight to an accountant’s monthly plan and read what it covers.

02

Choose who does it

Vetted professionals, listed with prices, turnaround, cases completed here and reviews. A monthly plan spells out what’s included, what isn’t and the notice to leave, in writing, before you start.

03

It comes back done

A fixed job comes back once, for your approval. On a monthly plan, the month’s work — VAT filed, books done — lands on the matter and asks nothing of you.

The one time we interrupt. The work is done. One decision from you, and it's finished.

One button, once, when the work is delivered. On a monthly plan, most months there is nothing to press.

One matter, start to finish

Seventeen days. Three of them Ana's.

A non-resident tax return, from first mention to finished, day by day. Three of the seventeen days needed Ana. On a monthly plan you choose the accountant once, and most months look like the other fourteen days.

One email — the only one that asked her to decide. She pressed approve. The €180 was released and the matter was finished.

She chose who did it, sent one document and approved the result. No phone calls, no portal logins, no chasing anyone. The rest of April was hers.
Your Alfred address

The post files itself. Your accountant reads it.

Give your Alfred address to the tax office, or forward the post yourself. Whatever arrives is checked, sealed and filed to the matter, and your accountant reads it. You don't have to.

  1. Tell Alfred what you need
A tax return, the monthly books, a letter you don't understand
  2. Your affair gets an address
    case-7fk2h09v@alfredproctor.com
  3. Hand it out, or forward
Give it to the tax office, or send the post on yourself
  4. It files itself
Domain checked, filed to the matter, sealed on arrival
  5. The professional deals with it
    Otherwise, nothing needs your attention

Sorted on the way in

Each affair — your own tax, the company you're setting up — has its own Alfred address. Post sent there files itself to the newest open matter under it, and nowhere else. Nothing sits in a pile on the table.

Checked, not trusted

Every letter's domain is checked on arrival, and one that fails is flagged. Nothing in a letter can name or steer your matter. The first letter from a new sender is kept from your AI until you release it.

Sealed on arrival, copy dropped

The letter is encrypted under the matter's own key the moment it lands, and the delivery copy is deleted. It opens only for that matter, and a professional sees it only while engaged on it.

Your own AI

Bring your own AI. Alfred hands it the file.

Alfred is not trying to be your assistant — you already have one. What it has never had is your paperwork. Connect it and it can read your matters and act on them, inside limits you set and can take back.

It reads the file, not a guess

Deadlines, documents, post, and who is doing what. Ask what's outstanding and the answer comes off the record rather than out of the air.

It can send, on your say-so

A message to the professional, or the document they asked for, put on the matter and sealed — without you copying anything anywhere.

Professionals connect theirs too

A professional's own AI works their queue and sends the client a message, an invoice or a contract, scoped to the matters they are actually engaged on.

It cannot spend, approve or delete

No tool moves money, approves work, or removes anything. Those are decisions, and a person makes them.

What Alfred handles

Tax, visas, property, company paperwork.

If it involves a form, a filing, a deadline or a signature someone insists on, it’s ours. Nothing else — this is the admin nobody enjoys, and only that.

How we keep it safe

How your affairs are kept.

Checked before they touch your matter

Each professional’s ID, entry on the register and insurance — checked by a person before they’re listed. Thirty days before any of it expires, they’re chased. Lapse, and they come off.

Yours alone, and gone when you say

Every matter has its own encryption key. When it’s finished, that key can be destroyed — not archived. Destroyed.

No surprise bills

Fixed or monthly, agreed before anything starts. On a monthly plan the professional’s price stays what you agreed, whatever they charge new clients later. On fixed work, money moves only when you approve.

Yours to take back

Keeping post and documents here is a choice. Find a vetted professional and take it from there, if you’d rather. Whatever you keep, you can download in full and delete from Alfred for good.

Forward it to Alfred.

Tax, visas, filings, letters. A vetted professional on it, monthly or for a single job, and a page that stays quiet. Headspace is priceless.
